Project Management & Representation
- Representation to oversee and manage your asset while undergoing heavy maintenance;
- During heavy maintenance due to Delivery / Re-Delivery / Repossessions (harder or lighter) / End of Lease or single event;
- While engines are undergoing maintenance at a engine shop facility, or are undergoing the preliminary visual inspection;
- Aircraft Import/Export into or from EASA/FAA environment;
- IT solutions to migrate aircraft records between the different software packages.
Inspections
- Aircraft Production Inspections;
- Lease Annual Inspections;
- Establishing technical / commercial delivery and redelivery conditions in Lease contract;
- Establishing configuration, condition and status of ENGINE / APU ASSESSMENT / UNDERCARRIAGE
Document Management
Scanning and indexing per your requirements from essential to complete aircraft historical records. The major focus is on following records (but not limited to):
- Airworthiness Directive Status (including completed DFP)
- Modification Summaries (SBs, STCs, MODs, EOs, etc.)
- Repair / Alternation Summaries (Dent & Buckle Map along with Repair listing and RDAS, FAA Form 8100-9 requirements, etc.);
- Major Aircraft Certificates (CoA, CoR, ARC, Noise, Radio, RVSM, ETOPS, P-RNAV, etc.)
- Last Heavy Maintenance Release along with Last Major Check package
- Life Limited Parts Status, Part Movement Tracking Sheets (Back-to-Birth) for Engines, Landing Gear, Auxiliary Power Unit
- AMP LDND (including MPD, MRB, SSI, MOD, EO, STC requirements)
- LOPA & EEL
- Cabin and Cargo burn compliance as per FAR 25.853 (a),(c) requirements
